Recently purchased a 2016 reg Porsche Macan. Well specced car with just one owner and low mileage. I noticed a few things on the car in the showroom that needed rectifying and they were all sorted out prior to purchase.After taking delivery and upon using the car a few more defects became apparent. This was the first time I used Motorhouse and I have to say I am very very impressed.They have some amazing vehicles in stock, clearly a professional outfit and customer care is paramount. I purchased an AMG A45 from them (which is awesome by the way) and they looked after me from start to finish. They were happy to chat about price, warranty and ensuring the vehicle was in top condition before I collected it.Upon collection, the vehicle was simply perfect and shining like a new vehicle. It's been 9yrs since I bought a car and I'd always bought from new direct from automaker. Saj made the whole thing a pleasure and made me wish I changed cars sooner as one of the main reasons i kept my car for so long was not wanting to bother with the hassle/admin. Review of Motorhouse Shipley Ltd.My review of Motorhouse Shipley Ltd is 10 out of 10, fantastic service throughout the whole transaction.I made an appointment with Sajid to view and test drive the car, a 2012 Porsche Boxster 981 2.7, 28,000 miles, full history with invoices for all work carried out. Sajid was extremely friendly, not in the slightest bit pushy and I decided to buy the car after an extended test drive and long chat with Sajid, a very knowledgeable car enthusiast rather than your usual car salesman type. He explained that it now was going to be sent to Strasse (UK) Ltd in Leeds for it’s 111 point check and agreed to put new discs and pads all round on the car plus check out the battery condition and if necessary fit a new one. Came back from Strasse, new discs and pads, new battery, 4X wear wires, 1 wiper blade set, 3rd brake light fitted at a total cost of £1,190.63 paid by Motorhouse, he then had the car valeted ready for me to collect. Motorhouse Shipley also gave a 12 month parts and labour, back to base warranty specifically mentioning the PDK gearbox and internal clutch’s as being included, all necessary work to be carried out at Strasse in Leeds.It really doesn’t get any better than that for me, honest, straightforward, no pressure sales techniques employed and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Top marks.

I have been looking for a Porsche Boxster for quite some time as I don`t mind admitting I am very fussy and I wanted the right car. I called Motorhouse as they had one close to the spec I wanted but not exact. I was really impressed with the attitude by and helpfulness on the call and arranged to go and see them at the weekend. When I arrived the place was immaculate and well presented, but more importantly, I was made to feel very welcome. We chatted cars and nothing was a problem, The car itself was a truly immaculate example and the Silver paintwork looked like it had just come out of the factory! I really was after a Guards Red one but I talked myself into this Silver one because of the experience I had and the wonderful condition of the silver Boxster. I can without any doubt in my mind reccomend Motorhouse and the great guys who run it. I now have a pristine Boxster tucked up in my garage and I could not be more pleased with it 2 months in. I wanted to wait to write this review as I was waiting to see if all of this was too good to be true! I should never have feared, I will be back to Motorhouse if I ever decide to change this wonderful car but it will take someting very special!

I can thoroughly recommend buying a car from Motor House. Saj was very welcoming, professional and easy to deal with. I purchased a very low mileage Mercedes SL which was exactly as described in the advert. Prior to purchasing Saj pointed out a couple of minor issues with the car which needed sorting. What a brilliant dealership, first class service. I was looking to upgrade my Boxster to a newer model and had my eye on one that Motorhouse was selling. I contacted them and spoke to Sajid who was extremely helpful and was even offering me a great part ex on my Porsche. They then sent me a fully detailed video of the car inside and out, which was really helpful.We agreed a price, which I was delighted in. The car got delivered my them a few days later, on time and with all the books, paper work etc as agreed. I was thrilled to bits with my new car and it was immaculate, just how they said it would be. Brought a Porsche from Motorhouse about a month ago and wanted to wait until I had the car for a little while to write a review. The whole process from enquiry, to purchase and after sales were all very smooth. Nothing was too much hassle in terms of strange questions I had or any checks I wanted to make before my purchase. There was no pushy selling and even when I wanted the car checked over again after purchase there was no problem, no questions asked and I got full peace of mind. Went to see a car on the Tuesday , bought it after a comprehensive test drive , delivered to me by enclosed transporter on the Saturday. Easiest transaction for a car I have ever had in 45 years of driving . Saj the owner was very professional, no hard sell and all cars are so good he doesn’t need to put the sales pitch on . I went there with a choice of 3 different vehicle's. I thought Saj was great, giving me time to thoroughly digest them. In the end I decided on the BMW. What was good however was that there was no selling! Cash was used instead of finance. Would I use this garage again? You bet I would! Saj was great. The cars he has for sale are lovely and he clearly has an eye for detail. In fact I bought a second car from him when I returned to collect the Boxster. Had been looking for a red 981 Porsche Cayman with a good specification for months, finally seen one at Motor house of Shipley. When I spoke to Saj he said he would keep the car for me to view for a couple of days as I was travelling from Scotland, no charge. Saj greeted us on arrival, WOW! What an array of gorgeous top end cars with my car gleaming in the middle 😁<br />After being left on our own to look over the car Saj and I agreed a deal plus delivery of car on transporter to Scotland.<br />My car arrived as agreed delivered by Aki, who was so enthusiastic about the car, complete with new MOT, (some work required on MOT that included 2 new tyres at no cost to me) serviced and road taxed ready to go.<br />I believe Saj is an honest and trustworthy guy and he give you what is basically his own 6month documented warranty on the cars not many places do that. <br />I am so happy with the service I received the quality presentation of the car and I would definitely recommend Motor house of Shipley and Saj to anyone looking for a prestige car<br />Thanks a million Saj 👍<br /><br />J B

Attracted by their amazing stock of prestige vehicles and favourable reviews we found a low mileage Porsche 992 Carrera S Cab which met our spec and colour choice. First time we had used a non-franchised dealer to buy a premium vehicle. We travelled to Shipley and everything was as described. After literally months of searching for a 981 Cayman S and losing faith, the car that ticked all the boxes appeared in my Autotrader feed about 4pm on a friday afternoon. I called and spoke to Saj, and after confirming a few details, told him I'd be with him at 1030 the next morning. Despite other enquiries he was good to his word to hold it for me<br /><br />On arriving and walking into the showroom, you just knew this was a dealership that didn't accept mediocrity. The stock list was incredible, and each vehicle spoke quality. In amongst them was my car-to-be, arrow straight and as described. <br />After agreeing a deal, Saj had the car serviced at Porsche as promised, and I picked it up a few weeks later. It had the comfort of a Motorhouse backed 6 month warranty. Not many dealers will put their own money to resolving issues if they arise, so this cemented my faith. <br />The car is as expected, and I would say you can buy with a great deal of confidence from this place.

As owner of a much loved Alfa Romeo which I had had from new in 2008, but someone who always fancied a Porsche, and although we live nowhere near, I was attracted to the Motorhouse website, both for the range and quality of their stock and having read so many excellent reviews. On visiting Saj, we were really impressed with the presentation of their cars ( usually garages don’t go to that trouble pre sale) and Saj himself. When he made a generous trade in offer, I opted for a low mileage Boxster which exceeded my expectations. It’s like a new car! Having decided to purchase ‘online’ there’s an element of trust you must have in any dealership. I found the car I wanted and checked the Motorhouse reviews. <br /><br />After being contacted by Saj, there was just no pressure to purchase. He provided all the information I needed and a video of the car.<br /><br />When I received the car there was a stone chip on the bonnet that was mentioned but sadly was deeper than I expected, after getting professional advice I’d been told it needed a full bonnet respray.<br /><br />I informed Saj and he immediately arranged for the car to be collected (200 miles) and put it into his local body shop. The car was returned in perfect condition.<br /><br />It’s not how well the sales process goes, that’s the easy part, the real test comes when there are issues.<br /><br />I was blown away by the service, no quibbles from them; they just sorted it. What a great company to purchase from. If you are in doubt, don’t be, they truly take care of you no matter what the additional cost to them is.<br /><br />Outstanding and thank you.
