I began a long search for my perfect Porsche many months ago. The thrill is always in the chase and seeing the available stock at Motorhouse, I had to call and arrange a visit. Arriving at the showroom, you're greeted by far too many dream cars and a quick walk through sees more and more perfectly presented machines. I was there to see Sajid and a certain 2.7 Cayman that I had been looking at for a few days. It was sat in a line started by a few Ferraris and with another Cayman and a few Boxsters. All looked brand new. After an hour of crawling all over the Cayman, I came to the conclusion, it was the best I had seen; I had seen a few! A coffee and a chat and I left a bit lighter but with a dream spec White Cayman 2.7 Base. Due to work commitments and servicing/ MOT needs, I finally collected the car on the 18th of July. Motorhouse were great at all times due to the length of time since initial discussion. If you're heading there or collecting, take a right out of the station and its 5 minutes' walk. So - the important bit; you've heard the story and now for the main topic, the review. There was no pressure at all when talking and meeting Sajid and his colleagues. Car salesmen have a reputation - these guys turn that on its head. A part exchange valuation is always going to be less than that of an outright sale, but Saj gave me what I felt was a reasonable and fair price, without having seen the car. He also promised that when he makes an offer, he sticks to it, and that was exactly the case - we all know those dealers who agree a price and then try to subsequently knock it down by pointing to little flaws here and there. Took about a week for me to get the new vehicle, as Saj told me he wanted to make sure the car was properly prepped. The Mercedes was immaculately presented. 3 weeks after purchase 2 small snags arose, a faulty wheel sensor and reversing camera connection glitch. Motorhouse fixed both faults under warranty. I have been looking for a Porsche Boxster for quite some time as I don`t mind admitting I am very fussy and I wanted the right car. I called Motorhouse as they had one close to the spec I wanted but not exact. I was really impressed with the attitude by and helpfulness on the call and arranged to go and see them at the weekend. When I arrived the place was immaculate and well presented, but more importantly, I was made to feel very welcome. We chatted cars and nothing was a problem, The car itself was a truly immaculate example and the Silver paintwork looked like it had just come out of the factory! I really was after a Guards Red one but I talked myself into this Silver one because of the experience I had and the wonderful condition of the silver Boxster. I can without any doubt in my mind reccomend Motorhouse and the great guys who run it. I now have a pristine Boxster tucked up in my garage and I could not be more pleased with it 2 months in. I wanted to wait to write this review as I was waiting to see if all of this was too good to be true! A professional experience from start to finish, with no pressure selling, even though I had 1 of 3 potential purchases in mind. Personal videos were provided as requested prior to me visiting the showroom, which involved a 4 hours round trip, with all vehicles prepared to a great standard as described on their website. I made my purchase of a Porsche Boxter, but after a few days noticed a minor issue with it. I called Sajid to discuss, and although I had to drive back to Leeds (definitely not a chore,) the issue was resolved in the same professional manor within a week. Excellent after sales, couldn’t be happier. When you find yourself looking for a certain vehicle, you inevitably want to contact the seller and find out as much as you can via what ever media source. You do this in the hope that if you travel a long distance to view a vehicle it does not give you any unexpected surprises. I was initially looking at 2 vehicles from 2 separate dealers. My overall experience in dealing with Sajid from the very outset was excellent. He kept me informed of all of my concerns and questions with very prompt responses, unlike the other dealer who I found did not have the business acumen to be able or willing to form any kind of repour, let alone start any kind of negotiations I arranged an appointment for a viewing and I must confess the transactions have been seamless. I had to wait a week for all the necessary checks to be carried out, eg:- Full service, Mot, Vehicle diagnostic checks etc. Sajid was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, this dealer surpassed all my expectations of what a deal should be and act On arrival home I did find a small problem with a shelf pop up handle in the boot which had broken rendering it useless. I contacted Sajid and his immediate response was to source a replacement from a local dealer and let him know the price for reimbursement. As I say, expectations met once again Thanks Sajid

Very happy customer!!! I was looking for a particular car and couldn’t find it so I widened the search on Autotrader and there it was, only it was in Leeds, miles away. I spoke to the garage (Saj) and he offered me more part ex ( than Mercedes) and said he could deliver the car. He sent the car to Mercedes Leeds and had the MOT, service and 2 recalls done. Had been looking for a red 981 Porsche Cayman with a good specification for months, finally seen one at Motor house of Shipley. When I spoke to Saj he said he would keep the car for me to view for a couple of days as I was travelling from Scotland, no charge. Saj greeted us on arrival, WOW! After literally months of searching for a 981 Cayman S and losing faith, the car that ticked all the boxes appeared in my Autotrader feed about 4pm on a friday afternoon. I called and spoke to Saj, and after confirming a few details, told him I'd be with him at 1030 the next morning. Despite other enquiries he was good to his word to hold it for me<br /><br />On arriving and walking into the showroom, you just knew this was a dealership that didn't accept mediocrity. The stock list was incredible, and each vehicle spoke quality. When I decided to trade in my Alfa Spider which I'd owned since 2008, and although we live nowhere near, I was attracted by all the positive reviews… and our subsequent visit to Motorhouse. The showroom was worth a visit itself, packed with high quality vehicles, all prepared and looking pristine. Prepared before sale… this is not the norm! Saj gave me his undivided but totally pressure free attention while I explored three beautiful cars. Accepting a generous part exchange package against a fabulous Boxster S PDK I collected it a fortnight later, fully serviced and bearing my personal plates. Saj made the handover a very positive experience and I have to thank him and his staff for their total professionalism throughout the buying process. I did have a slight panic two days later when the air con left a puddle in our garage, but I contacted Saj and even though it was after hours he responded promptly with two emails which put my mind at rest. I would not hesitate to offer my unreserved recommendation to any prospective buyer.

As owner of a much loved Alfa Romeo which I had had from new in 2008, but someone who always fancied a Porsche, and although we live nowhere near, I was attracted to the Motorhouse website, both for the range and quality of their stock and having read so many excellent reviews. Bought a low mileage Mercedes Slk in March, the car is superb with one little niggle. The cruise control was tripping on long journeys, ok on short, contacted Motor House in August only a week or 2 before the warranty ran out. Saj asked me to book it in at the German auto centre Pudsey, they identified the fault as 2 sensors which needed replacing at a cost of £504, no small sum. Saj agreed it was covered under the warranty and the repair was completed at no cost to me. I will certainly buy from Motor House again

Having decided to purchase ‘online’ there’s an element of trust you must have in any dealership. I found the car I wanted and checked the Motorhouse reviews. <br /><br />After being contacted by Saj, there was just no pressure to purchase. He provided all the information I needed and a video of the car.<br /><br />When I received the car there was a stone chip on the bonnet that was mentioned but sadly was deeper than I expected, after getting professional advice I’d been told it needed a full bonnet respray.<br /><br />I informed Saj and he immediately arranged for the car to be collected (200 miles) and put it into his local body shop. The car was returned in perfect condition.<br /><br />It’s not how well the sales process goes, that’s the easy part, the real test comes when there are issues.<br /><br />I was blown away by the service, no quibbles from them; they just sorted it. What a great company to purchase from. If you are in doubt, don’t be, they truly take care of you no matter what the additional cost to them is.<br /><br />Outstanding and thank you.

ABSOLUTE FIRST CLASS HIGH END CAR DEALERSHIP, I have today had my new Porsche Boxster S delivered to Scotland by Motorhouse. From the initial phone call to delivery the attention to detail was fantastic. In particular a special mention to salesman Mr Sajid Khadim his knowledge of the vehicle, provenance and history of it was outstanding. No hard sales pitch just knowledgeable professional approach. I asked for videos, service history, receipts etc and they were emailed timeously. After agreeing a deal that suited us both i arranged deposit. The vehicle was checked a local Porsche dealer prior to delivery. I had purchased a private plate and his cherished transfer team (Imran) completed all the liaison with plate company and DVLA and new plates were on vehicle prior to delivery.
