Fantastic service from Sajid and team in acquiring my Car Carrera S. Within a week of enquiry, the car was ready to be collected and the personalised plates transferred. There was no fuss, just straight forward. The car is fantastic, not a blemish, and looks almost brand new. I've had several Porsche's using different specialist dealers, but Motorhouse Cars stand out in all respects.
Naz did everything I asked of him and I asked a lot! Very helpful, very on it and very quick. Very generous with test drive times and he was a huge help in reg transfer and everything else that goes with buying a car. He made it all very easy and very re-assuring. Top fellow!
I began a long search for my perfect Porsche many months ago. The thrill is always in the chase and seeing the available stock at Motorhouse, I had to call and arrange a visit. Arriving at the showroom, you're greeted by far too many dream cars and a quick walk through sees more and more perfectly presented machines. I was there to see Sajid and a certain 2.7 Cayman that I had been looking at for a few days. It was sat in a line started by a few Ferraris and with another Cayman and a few Boxsters. All looked brand new. After an hour of crawling all over the Cayman, I came to the conclusion, it was the best I had seen; I had seen a few! A coffee and a chat and I left a bit lighter but with a dream spec White Cayman 2.7 Base. Due to work commitments and servicing/ MOT needs, I finally collected the car on the 18th of July. Motorhouse were great at all times due to the length of time since initial discussion. If you're heading there or collecting, take a right out of the station and its 5 minutes' walk. So - the important bit; you've heard the story and now for the main topic, the review. There was no pressure at all when talking and meeting Sajid and his colleagues. They are remarkably knowledgeable and love their cars which helps. Sajid - my dream was realised when I first saw the car. Your involvement in my first Flat 6 will be remembered Sir. Thank you to you and Motorhouse for making a lad happy. The warranty and discussion around the car made me feel special. I will keep in touch. The Pastel Orange 992 GTS Convertible is stunning. I have to say Motorhouse Shipley is the best experience I have ever had , I recently purchased my Range Rover Sport and Nial could not have been more professional and knowledgeable about cars and went the extra mile to make me feel happy about my purchase. I have just purchased my boxster from motorhouse, I found the whole experience stress free and the staff very fair and helpful, even though my car was the probably one of the cheapest in the showroom ( the cars they have are amazing) I was treated like I was buying the most expensive car they had. This is a great place to buy a prestigious car. There are no pressure sales. You feel relaxed. The only problem is, is that you probably want to buy all the cars in the showroom (if you can afford them). I have recently bought a Boxter from Motorhouse and the friendly service was excellent. I knew about Motorhouse because my neighbour bought a Cayman from them 3years ago and although I did look elsewhere I always came back to the Motorhouse website, mainly because of the quality cars on show and how quickly they were selling, and I'm pleased I did, because I wasn't disappointed. We had a great experience purchasing our Golf R from Motorhouse as well as part exchanging our current car. Sadj was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and secured us a great HP finance deal. I purchased my Porsche Cayenne from them last year. I couldn't thank Naz and the team enough. Customer service was on point, and even with my 101 questions, they were professional. Even when I had a slight problem, they collected the car and offered me a courtesy car to take it back to Shipley. Bear in mind, I live in London. Highly recommend.
